Conclusion

Using the case study method, our team was able to understand how Johnson & Johnson remains such a sustainable company. Using shadow reports we discovered how sustainability is an important aspect for the Johnson and Johnson company. Our team recognized how J&J believes in creating shared value with the Health for Humanity 2020 goals. We also learned how Johnson and Johnson approaches the different materiality issues. Johnson and Johnson also, meets a majority of the GRI Guidelines. In conclusion our team has answered the following research questions and discovered why Johnson and Johnson is such a sustainable company.
